with a broad audience. This album has been a real process in the formation of identity.
I knew early on that this was gonna be a slow process because it wasn't just about the music, 
but about forming an idea which began with a simple desire to write great songs. I quickly began 
to notice I was very concerned with becoming a  commercially banality and wanted to create
 something different,  

I wanted to take a chance and be true to my instincts. This work is a result of my indifference 
to a need to fit in and a testament to my love for song."
